According to a Carl Zeiss press release, the Apo Sonar T* 4/1700 was custom developed "for a customer with very high demands and a special interest in long distance wildlife photography." It weighs 564 pounds, consists of 15 optical elements in 13 groups, and is compatible with a Hasselblad 6x6 medium format camera.

Haha, I doubt it. Anyone interested in wildlife photography will be able to get 99% of the shots they want with standard equipment. This lens probably needs a lot of people to move, set up and aim.
First thing to come to my mind, celebrity/person watching or snooping into Area51 (you have to be a long ways away from Area51 so this lens would be perfect for that).
